| Travis Walker was born and raised in Malibu, California, where he still resides. He has spent most of his time doing graphic design, and using his hands to design and produce thousands of pieces of jewelry and leather. His hobbies include building motorcycles, surfing, fishing, diving-anything that has to do with the ocean and where he can use his hands to build things. He is a true artist, creator, and acclaimed designer. Travis says that his inspiration comes from the inside..."I have to keep my hands working at all times. It's the will and want to create and make something or anything." Travis began his serious leather and silver work in the mid 1980s. In January, 1996, Travis started his own line called DOUBLE CROSS, and has made much progress. His pieces can be found on numerous celebrities and on the seats of numerous motorcycles. Keep your eyes peeled, for Travis Walker and DOUBLE CROSS Jewelry are on the RISE... Travis also worked with Bill Wall and Gabor, during which he named Gabor's company Gaboratory. Travis was the Vice President of Bill Wall Leather until the late 1990s. |
